Collaborative Innovation and Guarantee Mechanism Construction of Libraries and Information Agencies and Think Tanks from the Perspective of Cooperation Alliance

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to establish the cooperative innovation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of libraries and information agencies and think tanks, achieving resource integration and collaborative innovation of them.[Method/process] This article uses literature review and theoretical research methods to elaborate the feasibilities, necessities and values of collaborative innovation of libraries and information agencies and think tanks. Based on this, the paper establishes the cooperative innovation mechanism from ways of thinking, organization structure, resources and service content for the libraries and information agencies and think tanks, and then establishes the guarantee mechanism from six aspects:legal policies, management systems, funds, talents, technologies, and information resources.[Result/conclusion] This paper constructs the cooperative innovation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of libraries and information agencies and think-tanks from the perspective of cooperation, and provides a platform for resources integration, collaborative development, function expansion, society service, and integration of "politics, production, learning, research and practice".
